What's the road like to get there? Just went on a (aborted) trip to lara beach to see the turtle eggs, but the road there was sooooo not suited to a Ford focus. Heard places like adonis falls are a no go to drive unless you have a 4x4 and good insurance Many thanks in advance

The road is OK. We went there even in winter and it was fine for our Opel Corsa. Just remember - left hand drive :-)

Hello, I am not aware if you can go on the cable car during summer. I am not aware if the people responsible operate it. The staring point is just after you pass Troodos square, you go opposite the small round about and you will see it on your left hand side (maybe 400m to 800m).
