Ordered the trivets. One of the three did not arrive. The company will no longer respond. Will not ship the order or refund the money. The quality is awful. Do not order! Full review by Niki Cio

Horrible company. The Kitchen "trivets" are made of plastic. Trivets are heat RESISTANT, always! Now they are ignoring me and won't refund my money or fix their mistake. Stay away from this company! Full review by Monique Gee
