Dr. Hassan is a physician who genuinely cares and listens to patients. He gives elderly patients the time and respect they deserve. Dr. Hassan focuses his care on trying to help his patients preserve their independence and enjoy quality rather than quantity, of life. Dr. Hassan feels that the elderly are a neglected part of our society and he is an advocate of healthy living. He works to challenge and encourage patients to achieve their goals of weight loss and gives strategies to do so. One of his goals is to reduce the number of medications his patients are taking because he feels too many elderly people are over medicated.
