Such a beautiful place, not sure if it’s still open but worth a visit. Has original artwork to view as well, would go back! Full review by Zara M

What to know: No pictures allowed inside. The museum is smaller than many had hoped for. It is the right size for a few people if you have the time and no crushing crowds to slowly take in details o… Full review by synToronto
I bought tickets from the Lawson website.. then it asked me to login to print the QR code etc.. I remember the email I used and the 4 digit number password and phone number I used.. but still won’t let me log in..? It says incorrect details which I know clearly it’s correct becos as soon as I bought the tickets i quickly attempt to log in.. just keeps saying incorrect details.. they only just sent me an email confirmation that they complete payment and few other reservation details but no QR code which I’m not sure why they can’t just send us the QR code directly to our email rather than telling us to login in their page and do it ourselves ? Has anyone had this problem? Becos I’m worried when we get there they won’t let us in? Thanks!!

Hello! It's been almost a year since I went through the process so I can't remember exactly how it went. However, I think there will be a link directly in the confirmation email to your QR code (I think it was the 3rd link down or so). Maybe this is where you were having login issues? Can't remember if it's direct or you have to login even on that link. Is there a support email you can contact?
