The equipment at Wellness Today is top of the line. We provide some of the newest Cybex circuit training machines. There are over 35 pieces of cardiovascular machines equipped with flat screen TV’s, an indoor walking track, and a full line of free weight equipment. We also have a large heated pool and hot tub. Our facility includes physical therapy designed equipment that is regularly used in an out-patient clinic setting, including our underwater treadmills. Our staff takes pride in the facility and strives to keep it extremely clean and orderly. We offer a variety of programs and group exercise classes that will fit everyone’s needs.
