I booked my family in on two different time slots due to limited availability. My tour is at 13:00 and the rest of the family will be in at 16:30. Can I sit at the start of the tour and wait for them somewhere or are you made to move through the tour. I'd really like us all to walk around together.

Hi, you first show tickets to go through security. Then there’s a cafe and large shop. You then go into the tour at your specified time, showing your ticket again. You see a film and get taken into the Great Hall as a group. After that you are free to walk round as you want but its one way. So you could definitely do it together but there would be a bit of hanging around. Defo ask when you arrive if you can change either timeslot
