I wasn't able to go up to the clock tower as it is only open at certain times and from what I recall, you have to make an appointment to visit the tower, although that may be a false memory. Regardless, it's really not that high, so I think it would be relatively easy to climb. However, it's a narrow, spiral staircase, so that might make it a bit heavier work. Have fun!
