My Favorite Beach. We stay elsewhere and taxi in & out. Rent chairs for the week and have the flexibility to go elsewhere, but I have no desire to do so. Full review by Jackglobaltraveler

I didn't see anyone offshore fishing while we were at Manchebo beach, so I can't say one way or another if it's permitted. I would guess that the surrounding resorts may not encourage it …
I didn't see anyone offshore fishing while we were at Manchebo beach, so I can't say one way or another if it's permitted. I would guess that the surrounding resorts may not encourage it due to the high volume of people that swim at that part of the beach. However, I think you can offshore fish up the road at eagle beach, as we saw some people with what appeared to be fishing rods around that area.

Totally depends on the time of year - usually if it's not storm season, it's more like a lake with gentle waves and clear water. not much coral/rock at all.
