This is a walking tour. Park in the FSC lot just across the street from the FLW Visitor Center (corner of Frank Lloyd Wright Way & Johnson Ave) and cross Frank Lloyd Wright Way (at the crosswalk) to the visitor center on the northeast corner. They have tours available or you can walk yourself. The total distance walked is only a few blocks, but it is made a little bit more challenging by the undualting nature of theh campus and the number of steps in the Esplanade. I would personally rate the walk as of moderate difficulty, especially for anyone who has ambulatory challenges. The fountain is easily accessible and from the fountain, you can see much of the campus. The chapels are accessible from the lower (southern) portions of the parking lot. The academic building is also accessible from the eastern most end of the parking lot. So you can get to most of the buildings using your car to drive to that part of the parking lot. The guide they offer in the Visitor Center ($5) is well worth it and will help you determine where to drive to and where to park. Hope this helps.
Q:
Is the Visitor Center closed on Saturday and Sundays as listed on TripAdvisor? Answer no! We are open!
A:
We visited recently on a Saturday. I believe it is open until 5PM. Most FSC buildings (including the FLW buildings) will be closed and locked however.
Q:
At what time is the Frank Lloyd Wright Fountain active ? Is there visitor parking near by ? Is there a charge for parking ?
A:
I'm not sure but you can call the college and ask at 863.680.4111
