Could you tell me the name of the flowers I've seen in your garden that are in the Cornflower family I believe Centaurea and have bloomed in May and June when we have visited. I hesitate to describe "color" as that can sometimes be difficult to agree upon, but to me I think of a wine, burgandy color possibly. I have grown this plant with blue blooms, Mountain bluet, in Tennessee, U.S.A. and will be visiting your amazing garden again in about 10 days and hope to locate some seeds to purchase then as I cannot find them here. Thank you, Connie Dean
