Solved: Upgrade Autocad LT 2016 to 2021 - Autodesk Community
WEBHi, I have autocad lt 2016 and I need to upgrade it to 2021. Can I install Autocad LT 2021 without removing 2016 or should I uninstall it? Second question: I'm working with the classic mode instead of the ribbon, How can I keep/save the setting of the Classic tool and moving it to the new Version (2021)? Thanks in advanced Meir
Is there seriously no option to buy a copy of Autocad LT outright?
WEBJan 26, 2019 · Now, that I only have part-time work, I have to deduct $50 from my income for the month. That gets expensive when your contract is only (for example) $200 to $300. I get it. This software is for "full time employees". AutoDesk needs their income, the same as everyone. All the same, I'll miss my work! I totally love AutoCAD!

WEBFeb 12, 2017 · 2016 Products are not available on the education platform, the oldest version available at the moment is 2019. The education platform only gets the current version + 3 additional year (2022,2021,2020,2019).

WEBApr 18, 2022 · In both cases, 2016 versions are outside of both access and support for both commercial and educational users. Currently, for education, the oldest version supported is 2020. If your laptop cannot support 2020 then it would more than likely struggle with 2016 since the largest change was the recommended RAM. Leo Warren.

WEBJan 24, 2020 · When you do get it, I'd highly suggest placing it (and a copy) in locations that you can later retrieve, although the value of it will be much less in 2021 as @pendean mentioned. Someone out there has the download, but I can't speculate about the legality of redistributing Autodesk's digital files. Good luck.
